 Our design team, with over 25 years’ experience, includes tensile structure specialists, structural engineers and product designers – skills that combine creativity with technical excellence to ensure that our clients’ design concepts are translated into working reality. Our Senior Designer, Nigel Browne has won the British Design Award and has been nominated for the Duke Of Edinburgh Design Award for his work in the field of tensile design. He is the only RIBA certified (CPD) presenter in the area of tensile structures. Working closely with architects from the concept stage, our in-house design team provides 3D CAD drawings, form finding, load analysis and patterning. Where appropriate individually tailored designs can be developed and incorporated onto site photographs to show the structure in-situ. Tensile structures allow significant creative freedom to develop complex geometry, which has been developed with our clients on many diverse projects. Fabric Architecture operates to ISO 9001-2000 standards. |
