TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT - SIGNATURE STRUCTURES LTD.
Salary £24,000 - £27,000
YOU are an experienced, enthusiastic, and approachable sales person with proven successful working experience in the construction industry. YOUR strong communication skills are constantly used to respond to customer requests and manage your own sales accounts. YOU thrive on achieving your agreed monthly sales target.
Signature Structures Ltd., part of the Fabric Architecture ‘family’, is a growing international multi-disciplinary design consultancy, specialising in tensile fabric structures.
We create beautifully practical, sustainable and economical lightweight structures. We pride ourselves in low staff turnover and reward creativity and hard work.
Requirements:
You should be able to demonstrate competency in creating, managing and achieving positive sales results. You will be used to speaking with customers via the telephone and are able to meet with them, on-site, to discuss the project, actively listen to their need and find the most suitable tensile fabric structure. You have a keen interest in the construction industry or can demonstrate your practical technical competencies.
Accountabilities/Key Competencies:
• Achieves Results: You consistently deliver required sales results following your strong activity schedule and using your excellent mathematical skills to quote on potential projects.
• Communication: You respectfully listen to others to understand their needs, building strong business relationships, and are able to hold technical conversations with architects, and main contractors, reading general arrangement drawings and advising accordingly.
• Improvement & Development: Maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships is business critical to you through planned individual customer support.
• Teamwork: You enjoy attending external customer meetings representing the company in relation to the specific customer needs, project and considerations, and build up your knowledge of the fabric tensile industry so as to be prepared to provide support where necessary.
