Overview
As part of the larger regeneration program of Glasgow Port, public consultation identified the need for a central gathering point where cultural exhibitions and performances could be held. A large 17-section Pagoda was chosen as the solution to create a multi-functional centrepiece. Some minor modifications to the bases gives the option of dismantling the structure to make way for vehicle access and future planned works.
