Overview

An extended wave structure transformed the facade of Acton's Employment Service Centre.

The design was developed with HBG Design, who acted as architect and contractor on this design and build construction.  The brief was to create a brise soleil to shade the gound floor offices, and provide an extended entrance feature.  The canopy also shelters public and staff arriving from the adjacent car park.

The undulating canopy slopes back towards the building, allowing rainwater to collect in an integrated drainage system, directing water internally down the supporting legs.
