Overview
Part of the remit of the Birmingham Joint Venture Project included the provision of shade and shelter in the playground. Balfour Beatty chose a range of canopies from the Signature Structures line, customising each one to fit the specific school’s colours. Two yellow and red Halo canopies were specified for Chilcote Primary School, providing bright and cheery meet and greet points, which double up as outdoor classrooms.
