As part of a fast-paced refurbishment project, Fabric Architecture supplied and installed a mix of bespoke structures and Stork canopies at Brandhall Children’s Centre in Oldbury. Given the age of the existing buildings, a free-standing solution was necessary to avoid putting unnecessary stress on the adjacent building. With the clever addition of flashing, the 12m x 4m Stork offers the youngest children a weather-tight interface between the classroom and outdoor play area.
