NEW MANCHESTER CITY FAN PAVILION IS A MATCH HIGHLIGHT
FRIDAY, AUGUST 13, 2010Fabric Architecture is pleased to announce the successful and speedy completion (just in time for the season opener later this month) of two landmark canopies outside the City of Manchester Stadium. BDP, Europe’s largest interdisciplinary design practice, approached Fabric Architecture in late May 2010, looking for 1,500m² of canopies to be installed for Manchester City Football Club before the start of the 2010-11 Premiership season.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2010Fabric Architecture were commissioned to design, engineer, manufacture & supply 2063 bespoke tensile wall mounted facade 'fins' (using our new ArchiClad system) for a prestigious new development in Abu Dhabi. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, is the world’s largest indoor theme park with over 20 attractions including the world’s fastest roller coaster - accelerating riders from 0 to 60mph in just 2 seconds! As close to the performance of a Ferrari formula 1 car as most of us will ever get! This amazing building spans over 200,000m2 with the exterior taking its design cues from the classic double curvature of Ferrari GT cars.

With a budget of 395 Million Euros, the new Terminal 2 will be nothing short of World Class. T2 is being designed with travelers in mind and with 15 million passengers per year- this is no ease feat.
